All payments made on Nonprofit Remote are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason including, but not limited to:
  • Job postings that did not result in hires or applications.
  • Accidental purchases.
  • Duplicate job postings or payments.
  • Change of mind regarding a listing.

3. Service Delivered

Our obligation is to provide a platform where employers can post jobs and reach potential candidates. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from your listing such as the number or quality of applications, interviews, or hires.

4. Errors in Listings

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the accuracy of their job listing. If there are errors or omissions in your job post, we recommend correcting them promptly. Refunds will not be given due to errors or omissions made by users.

5. Listing Duration & Removal

Job listings will remain live for the period specified at the time of purchase unless removed by the user or Nonprofit Remote due to violation of our terms of service. Removal of a listing, regardless of reason, does not entitle the user to a refund.

6. Service Issues

In the unlikely event of service interruptions or failures, we will strive to restore services as quickly as possible. Such interruptions will not serve as grounds for refunds.

7. Discounts and Promotions

From time to time, Nonprofit Remote may offer discounts or promotions. If a user makes a purchase prior to a discount or promotional offer, the user is not entitled to a refund of the difference in price.

8. Modifications to Policy

Nonprofit Remote reserves the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the user's responsibility to regularly review this Policy to stay informed.
