What I Do

Balkis earned her BA in English Language, Literature and Civilization from the University of Sfax in her home country. She also holds certificates in International Relations, Development and Human Rights and Advocacy.
Being an Alumna of a prestigious US State Department Exchange Program called the Thomas Jefferson Scholarship, she studied English and International Affairs at the University of Southern Indiana.
Motivated by her interest in peacebuilding and NGOs, Balkis is actively taking part in conferences, doing research and furthering her academic pursuits to hopefully work for the UN one day.
She also speaks four languages which allow her to further connect to different backgrounds.
