You’ll run end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles (intake → offer), acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers while also executing hands-on sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. The role emphasizes data-informed recruiting, inclusive/equitable hiring practices, strong candidate experience, and strong ATS/process rigor (e.g., Greenhouse).
Qualifications
5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally mission-driven, tech, or education orgs).
Proven ability to source/screen/close across multiple roles and levels; act as a strategic advisor and influence decisions with data/market insights.
Experience with structured talent assessments (take-homes, case studies, structured exercises).
Strong project management + communication; meticulous attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple simultaneous searches.
Tools: Greenhouse (or similar ATS); familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting automation tools.
Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, work within the U.S., pass a background check, and travel at least 2x/year for team events.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: $84,600 – $94,000/year
